# Wastewater/Stormwater, 3, Ribbonwood Lane, Robinsons Bay, Canterbury, 7581, New Zealand

Robinsons Bay, Christchurch · filed 22 December 2021 · report 2028496
https://www.chch.live/report/2028496

> We own adjoining properties, 3 Ribbonwoid Lane and 5 Totara Drive at Ngaio Point, Robinsons Bay. A stormwater easement runs down the boundary between the two properties. It seems that there is subsurface erosion occurring along the stormwater pipe line suggesting there may be damage to the pipe. A visible stream flow is evident at most times but especially so during rain events. The terrain is particularly steep and am concerned that the chance of a major slip is likely if the issue is not resolved. The photo attached shows the subsidence.
