> Drain blocked on leaver Terrace outside scout's den on road. Street rubbish and leaves and now stones getting washed under the driveway concrete things and causing massive puddles when rains. Disappointed in road seal.... its lose and gets stuck in my tyres and ends up in my garage and being dragged into house and has stained carpet from tar. Why is it stoney? Shouldn't the road be smoth?
