> Often people park their cars over this fire hydrant . We have already asked the Christchurch City Council to mark this hydrant more clearly a couple of years ago but nothing has been done yet, maybe paint 2 short yellow lines either side of the hydrant would fix the problem.This is a health and safety issue.
