> The water in this road side drain “appears” to be as a result of a overflowing hot water cylinder at 13 Brynley Street venting onto the roof then the street. It has been like this for multiple months. I didn’t take a photo of the house itself (as it is private property) but from the street, in fine weather, you can see the water running down the roof from the hot water overflow.
