> Flood from 15 Dec 2021. This is second flood in as many years. Flood has causes damage to my land and foundations to my home. Eqc and insurance claims have been raised. The reta8ni g walls to the creek further on from my house near the railway tunnel and leading to st James Ave are damaged and broken. Land is also subsiding around the creek by the railway tunnel. The damage to my property is significant. My neighboour was also affected by the floods. I have more photos and videos if the flooding I would Iike to speak to someone about managing this and further damage
