> In September this year I notified you of work being done to remedy a situation of overgrowth of flax bushes and shrubs blocking part of the road. I have included the photo (the last of the three) showing the completed work as of 16 September. I explained that I believed the work to be inadequate and that further work needed to be done to cut the bushes back. I have now attached two photos showing the situation as of today. These bushes obstruct vehicles. Last week the driver of the City Care street cleaning truck decided to move to the middle of the road to pass this area while carrying out his duties. The result was that the gutter at this point pint of the road was left uncleaned. These bushes need to be cleared from the side of the road to enable safe passage of cycles and vehicles.
