> Hello councilperson. I’d be so grateful if this leak could be investigated and hopefully repaired. The water appears to have been leaking for quite some time. If expander is used on the photos, one can see slime and muck in the gutter. This slimy watery mess makes for very unpleasant walking along Saint Albans Street. ??
