> Recycling bin number 0536691 has been abandoned by the kerb for more than 4 months. It doesn't have the sticker indicating which address this belongs to. I suspect this bin went missing, somebody ordered a new bin and then this on re-appeard. Can you please remove it from there, as no residents are doing so? Thanks.
