> Hello there Outside 112 Rossell Street, this bracing hazard has been in situ for many years now. . I have contacted the council previously A person kindly phoned me back and said the owner lived overseas . So it may take some time to get rectification. How long is considered fair and reasonable ? the earthquakes according to my record were over 10 years ago. Residents who live around the area have to navigate this hazard every time they use the footpath, it’s dangerous. I hope that my concern can be taken seriously and action can be taken to remove this structure which is encroaching on the public footpath. ??
