> Hello there I have previously reported the agapanthus that were encroaching significantly onto the footpath. These have been trimmed back but have sprouted again with much vigour. Agapanthus are classified as a noxious weed in New Zealand . Some councils have policies to manage these noxious weeds. I’m not sure if Christchurch City Council does. All that aside the magnolia grandiflora is significantly encroaching into the head space above the footpath. I am only 163 cm and I have to bow my head to walk along the footpath. I wonder if consideration could be given to lifting the height of these lower branches so pedestrians can safely use the footpath without getting magnolia grandiflora in the face. ??
