> Further to report from 3 Nov (1913057). Tags in St David’s Street near Exeter St corner. Heritage concrete walls. That tagging hasn’t been removed and now there is more on top and beside it. Why isn’t this getting removed in good time? As expected this has meant CCC now has a bigger job to remove the one that has been sprayed over it. Employ more staff! This whole area is looking really rough. Thanks
