> Hello there council person It is literally impossible to walk along this part of the footpath. Because the hedge is so prolific and has grown over (I estimate 3/4 of the footpath) There is a school across the road. Children would have to walk in the gutter or on the road if they were 2 abreast , in my view this is not safe This overgrown hedge is a health and safety issue to footpath users . If walking a dog, one has to have one foot in the gutter or on the road. If the hedge was cut back this would not be necessary. I hope consideration can be given to trimming back the overgrown hedge ??
