> Why is the council or contractor not cutting the grass at parks and reserves on a regular basis? This has been happening for sometime. This reserve deserves better, kids can't play sports or ball games here and because the grass us so long when it is eventually mowed its left a mess with all the thick layer if clippings left to rot again making it hard for the reserve to be used as it should. You guys should be ashamed.
