> Hello council person my record will show that recently I reported this Hedge that has significantly been allowed to grow over the public footpath. The above image was taken from the Merivale Mall side Of Aikman’s Road Expander is used, the Elmwood school is clearly across the road . I really hope that this hedge can be cut significantly back. I wonder who takes responsibility if a child walks onto the road because the footpath is unavailable. It would be a tragedy -if a child got hurt by a vehicle or worse is killed by a vehicle. ??
