> Hello councilperson Could consideration be given to Reinstating a lid on this box cavity? Because of an absence of lid. The Cavity becomes a health and safety risk for the footpath user and could result in a sprained ankle. The cavity is also a trip hazard and somebody could trip and really seriously injure themselves. I do hope consideration can be given to reinstating a lid . Thank you
