> Stormwater drains on the corner of Empire Rd and Main North Road are once again blocked causing major flooding which is substantially flowing into private property. These very stormwater drains were cleaned out just prior to Christmas. We’ve had no substantial rain since they were last cleaned out yet they now blocked and unable to take the small volume of rain water away.
