> Hello The lower branch on the roadside tree outside no 3 and 3A Stratford Street, Merivale has been severely ring barked by the tie used to hold the branch to the main trunk. It is now quite a big branch (2nd photo lower branch on the left side of trunk) so if it was to break off in the wind would cause damage to cars parked on the roadside. Could you please investigate.
