> Every weekend in Akaroa dozens of motorcycles descend on the town from ChCh. They park here on the footpaths and walkways. The public seats become inaccessible, the walkways are in passable and they do so with impunity. Cars cannot ride over the curb and park where they like, so why can motorcyclists? Can sines be erected? Some enforcement?
