# Wastewater/Stormwater, 41 Hereford Street, Christchurch Central City, Christchurch 8013, New Zealand

Christchurch Central City, Christchurch · filed 25 January 2022 · report 2099509
https://www.chch.live/report/2099509

> This is a photo of the upper Heathcote River. The discoloured dirty water has been flowing for quite a considerable time with no improvement and in fact is getting worse. This is a total disgrace. This used to be a clear springfed river and only discoloured after rain.
