> Pre Christmas, I advised that there was a van parked outside our home at 15A Pavilion Crescent, Hillmorton. The van is still there during part of the day and all night. The occupant is sleeping in the van with an Alsatian dog. He enters our property and takes water from our garden tap. We have not approached the person involved. Other neighbours too, feel uncomfortable about having this person virtually on our doorstep. CCC did respond to my previous request to say that when a check was made, he was not in the van. He most certainly is there taking up neighbours parking each night. We all feel uncomfortable with his living arrangements, lack of toileting facilities etc.
