> I wish to report flooding on two properties being 3 & 3A Cedar Lane Duvauchelle the culvert across Haywards at the Highway 75 end is blocked The storm water channel parallel to highway 75 has never been cleaned for years allowing these properties and others to be flooded during heavy rain.
