> Motorcycles in residential red zone in South Brighton.These bikes have been here for several hours. They are going very fast. The white van on the red zone side went away and came back with fuel. I also took videos. At one point a lady pushing a baby in pushchair had to get out of the way and crossed the road. This is becoming more of a problem since the fence in the estuary side was removed as motorcycles can now easily access the grass area.
