> There is still significant residue of either a diesel or hydraulic oil spill from a CCC rubbish truck in the Richmond Rd, Kruger Rd and Elba Crescent areas. Kittylitter was spread on the spill the same day but the residue is an eyesore and no doubt damaging to the road surface. Steam or water blasting is required and residents need to be warned to move cars parked on on near the streets affected to allow this to happen.
