> Seeing a man hole cover ajar on the road mskes me and I'm sure others serve to miss it as these have always been solid steel. Turns out this is just a plastic cover that's peeled back but nether the less each night on seeing it, it makes me take evasive action... It is dangerous from that point of veiw.
