> The hole was covered for years but the holes weren't sealed. It's getting at least 40 people hopping on and off just for Waka ama and kayaks and surf lifesaving boats so rather than the trip hazard ply cover it needs replacing one segment as it's full of water and bringing down the rest of the pontoons. Bowing it in the middle.
