> Hi. Some new town houses have been built at 17 Ward Street. The contractors have filled up this green bin with rubbish and for the last month or so it has been sitting outside the property. Maybe they hope the green waste rubbish truck will empty it. Please could it be removed or the developers asked to remove it.
