> I reported this litter which has been dumped on 546 Madras Street. I was referred to the Litter Act by Ruth in the Regulatory Compliance Team. These items clearly are litter within the meaning of the litter act and they defile the area - i.e mar or spoil the appearance of the area. I would appreciate it if the Council gave notice to the owner to remove the litter under section 10.
