> This is the pavement between 17a and 19a Taylors Ave. An area of the pavement (already circled ) has slumped creating a hazard to walkers. There is also a small open gutter in what looks like a double drive way. This is a health and safety issue. One friend on a bike ride into this area, and ended up needing stitches. On another occasion, I got out of an Uber ride, in the dark, and stepped into it. Please could a grill, or a short block be put in this area to prevent more accidents.
