> 363 Lincoln Road constantly has dog feces outside it. In the evening this restaurant always has dogs outside in the courtyard, and the owners seem to throw the excrement over the fence onto the street. This place looks completely foul and the dogs always look distressed. This whole establishment should be looked into.
