> This storm water drain blockage in Elmwood park near the new pavilion has been reported multiple times to CCC. However it is still not fixed. The drainage contractor cleared out the sump but not the pipe. Please get the pipe unblocked so that the path isn’t flooded every time it rains, thanks ??
