> This is an ongoing issue of flooding on this property as a result of drain issues on the footpath and also the incorrect slope of the footpath at the driveway entrance. This has been brought to your attention on two previous occasions. On the first occasion water entered the garage causing damage, the second time sandbags organised by the homeowner prevented further damage. This needs to be remedied ASAP.
