> While I’m sure you are well aware of this (judging by the pipe, although not doing anything at the moment), it is extreme pooling of water. Though it best log as a record from the public. The location of this is the connection between the shared path beside the Christchurch Northern Corridor and Empire Road. Can this please be investigated to minimise the chances of it happening again. Thanks.
