> Collapsed kerb outlet with broken earthenware to about 300mm upstream. CCTV shows rest of pipe to inside boundary is ok. There are some roots in the pipe but they are growing down from inside the property (and will be removed as we lay up new stormwater to the boundary) Please replace kerb outlet and at least 300mm of pipe - under grass.
