> Re: Temporary Traffic Management Two more sign bases, with signs and stands and sandbags carefully placed on top, creating hazards for pedestrians on both sides of Papanui Rd (again!). Signs and supplementary plates again at perfect height to take a pedestrian's foot off. TTM contractor is Fulton Hogan, with signs being for Road Marking (even though no road marking is being done). Please remind Fulton Hogan of their obligations under COPTTM regarding redundant TTM equipment!
