> Spoke to Sam in the call centre at 5:45pm. I’m at 192 Idris Road Strowan. The neighbours at 190a logged the incident at lunchtime under the Ticket Reference:544498. Water was coming out like a geyser. I have no water as we has to turn off the valve. I have young school children and need to was school clothes so would appreciate if this issue was treaded with urgency. Thanks, Mark
