> Damage to pavement This sign is on public property bolted into the footpath. When removed the estate agency will deny responsibility for damage. Water will seep under pavement when holes are exposed and will likely result in lifting of existing infrastructure. Ratepayer and council costs will follow. Please have Bayleys remove sign onto property advertised and remediate damage at their cost. The offending signage is outside 65 Leinster Road and opposite a very busy footpath to Elmwood Primary.
