> Highcrest reserve is disgracefully being neglected. Weeds have overtaken many of the garden beds and some of these weeds are as high as 6ft.!!!!!!! THIS PARK HAS NOT HAD ANY GARDEN ATTENTION, SPRAYING OR WEEDING FOR WELL OVER 4 MONTHS. Please advise when this will be dealt with. Regards Lyn Bailey Westmorland Residents Association
