> This driveway is a council driveway. It is situated at the back of this row of shops. Since today the butchery people has installed a walk in chiller on the driveway. Today we had a delivery truck that barely fit through and a delivery truck that couldn't get through. Is this legal? It is definitely a hazard. The butchery is situated in the middle of the row of shops called Mafco.
