> The owner of this business (Jim’s Dog Wash) parks across the footpath on a regular basis. I have seen it on 15/02/22, 16/02/22 and 18/02/22 at around 8:30am. No one is in the vehicle. This example is from 18/02/22. Note how the young children (legally allowed on the footpath) had to ride out on the road to get past. Note as well as the oncoming car, the white car was doing a u-turn as well - this shows how this is a matter of safety. For the other days I do have it on video. The address is 474 Manchester Street.
