> Old man’s beard on the property of the lyttelton ccc pool. It is invading the neighbouring community gardens and the seeds about to blow around the neighbourhood. I’ve spent time poisoning what I could reach from the gardens side a couple of months ago but it is fenced and I can’t get in there. Could some please deal to this? Thank you
