> Previously there was yellow markings where this car is parked - there is no longer yellow markings meaning it is legal to park there. Which ever neighbour originally lobbied for the yellow lines (this person left typed notes just like these ones, using racist phases and gendered swear words) is now leaving these notes on cars in an attempt to get people to stop parking there. It is an older Caucasian gentlemen that lives in the house parallel to this parking area. This is harassment to leave notes on legally parked cars, incorrectly informing them they aren’t supposed to park there. Please contact this person and have them stop harassing local residents parking legally on the street they live. He is intimidating and racist and this has been going on too long
