> Messy overgrown now Council vested corner of Franco and Hendersons Road. I understand from the developer that this corner has now been vested over to the council so now is the council responsibility to keep tidy, trim hedges right down to 3 feet just like down like the corner of Manarola Avenue and Hendersons Road where the hedge is just 3 feet and not 6 feet. Having this hedge lower will stop the overabundance of flies ants and other flying insects that arise from dead plants in higher hedges, which we were promised by the developer that this corner would be well maintained during the development as the main entry points to the development at Halswell Commons. However the street is now not theirs it’s councils as mentioned earlier. Currently windows cannot be kept open on that side of the house due to the insects flies ants etc. The footpath‘s have overgrown grasses ad well and are a trip hazard and this has been reported separately under job number 548095 so you may wish to attend to this all at the same time. The picture of corner of Manarola Avenue and Hendersons Road is the last photograph showing the lower hedge. Would be great to have unison looking corner into sections going into the new subdivision of Halswell Commons from Hendersons Road, at the corners of both Manarola Avenue and Franco Road I look forward to being kept up-to-date on this and hopefully all of this can be trimmed and tidied up in the fine weather. Please advise expect a time to get this done, I’m assuming this would be a half day to a full day job depending how many of your workers will be working on this. You would need one of those trimming machines to trim the edges . As you can tell from a couple of photos some of the overgrown plants are growing out onto the road also.
