> The owner of 133 Wainui Main Road, French Farm, Banks Peninsula (Mr. Hamish Hamilton) has been chopping trees on his property this afternoon. After he left I observed an oily scum in the stormwater drain which smells like petrol/oil and it appears as though he has thrown some waste oil in here. He has also left the stormwater gutter full of debris (soil, rocks, branches) which gives me concern about sediment control off his property as this debris and soil is actually IN the drain/gutter.
