> At the Victoria Park dog park someone has tipped out almost a cubic metre of those horrid tiny polystyrene beans - they are blowing everywhere - they are incredibly toxic, we can’t let them get into the water and animals and birds will eat them! I am sending this picture from my home. The actual location is the first dog park entrance on Victoria Park Road.
