> Strange rubbish dumped just behind the concrete wall on Restell Street. Appears to be bags possibly from a local bike shop. At a guess maybe from a theft? For a landmark to pinpoint the location, it is very close to where the Isaac Construction sticker is on the shared path. Thanks.
