> I am in my 60's with 2 replacement hips and use a walking stick. Yesterday while walking for fitness I was tripped by the unmarked lumps in the footpath outside 539 Cranford St. The problem is exacerbated on sunny days by the shadows camouflaging these lumps. I skinned both knees quite badly even whilst wearing long trousers. Could I please ask that these lumps be dazzle marked and that the whole of the pathway beside the residences on the northern part of Cranford St (town side) be looked at with a view to repairing
