> BARRIER / BOLLARD MOVED: The concrete barrier that acts as a deterrent for vehicles has been moved and placed onto a garden. This is now further encouraging vehicles to use this footpath illegally as a road. The barrier needs to be placed back on the footpath in such a manner to block vehicles just as other barriers and metal poles are doing so for the other footpaths alongside Rauora Park. The barrier has also damaged residential property and flattened gardens.
