> Hello council person My SSS record will show for many many months now I have been SSS to the council to see if they can do anything to remove this wooden bracing hazard. Which is on a public footpath. It has been there since the earthquakes of 2011 I now request that the SnapSendSolve I sent today is ESCALATED and sent to the most senior person at the CC council enforcement area. I request that that person look up all the files for this issue which includes writing by the CCC to the owner who lives overseas. Furthermore yet again today there is water (pouring like a small river down the driveway of these units at 112 Rossel St into the gutter.) -?? see the second image.The water flow extends almost from Rugby Street definitely all the way down to Merivale Lane. There seems to be a significant problem with this property of flats, which in my view is a lack of maintenance. I look forward to hearing from a person who has the authority to make decisions and to get action. Enough is enough! I am a ratepayer who lives in the area and I believe I it to be fair to walk on the footpath that’s not obstructed by supporting frames for years on end or have to cross small torrents of water. Or look frustratingly at the precious resource of water wastefully flowing down the gutter for many metres into the Stormwater drain. ????
