> This is a follow up to my report over a week ago about a dewatering discharge (ID #2168202). This appears to have been discharging groundwater continuously into the gutter for over a week. It has caused nuisance to the drop off/pick up area outside the neighbouring school and there are now unsightly algal growths and sediment/iron floc deposits in the gutter. I am concerned about the legality of this discharge and potential effects on the receiving environment. Can this please be followed up.
