> We own 3/474 Barbadoes street,Christchurch.( crosslease unit among 4 units ). Unit 2 tenanats have been parking 2 cars in front of their single car garage.we firmly believe only 1 car is allowed to ve parked in front of each garage. With 2 cars parked by unit 2 it leaves no room for our unit( unit 3) vehicle to reverse out. There is no space to reverse vehicle around. Chances of hitting fence or hitting their 2nd car become very high. We have tried to request unit 2 tenants to park only 1 car they have refused to work on this issue. Inturn have advised us their landlord has given them permission to park 2 vehicles in front of their single garage. They have also refused to share their landlord details with us.
